Instructions:
1. After the customer gets the ink cartridge, first check whether the ink cartridge has ink leakage. If there is ink leakage, please do not open the package and keep the package intact. Then, even if you contact the seller and the seller to explain the situation, return the ink cartridge.
2. Confirm that the ink cartridge has no surface damage, unpack the package, and tear off the yellow air guiding film before loading the printer. Otherwise it is easy to cause no ink.
3. After long-distance transport of ink cartridges, due to bumpy roads or artificial throwing, it may cause air bubbles in the ink cartridge cavity. If you need to use it immediately, you can use the ink cartridge to pull the ink outlet (sprinkler) down a few times to make ink. The air is vented to ensure smooth ink discharge, and then the ink cartridges are installed.
4. After installing the ink cartridge, please use the printer software to clean the ink cartridge 1-2 times until the writing is clear. It must be printed 2-3 times a week to keep the nozzle moist!

2. My printer did not recognize the print head, how do we do?
LKB Answer: ① please take off print heads, use eraser to clean the chips softly and tissue paper to clean the metal touch pot softly(can’t finger touch), and then re-install the print head; Or ②You can use a knife to tear off the remanufactured print head chip, and then use the double-side tape to paste the original chip.
3. My printer hasn’t printed for a long time, now the printer report shows that the print head has a problem, how do we do?
LKB Answer: Your printer at least needs to print 1~2 pages twice a week.
4. If the ink in the cartridge is dye ink, can I change the dye ink to pigment ink?
LKB Answer: No, can’t.
