How did you come up with the idea for this product?
We like to say bare is the creator of Snacks Gone Simple. We started out as an apple chip company, but over the last couple of years have truly become a snack company that creates delicious, craveable snacks that are also good for you. Our baked crunchy banana chips are the newest bunch to join the bare family. Bananas are America’s #1 consumed fruit, and they make a tasty chip! Most of the banana chips out there have added oil and sugar, but we wanted to let the fruit speak for itself.
What makes your product special?
Bare Banana Chips have only one or two ingredients. Bananas plus Cinnamon or Unsweetened Cocoa. Despite the short and simple ingredient lists, each chip packs a big crunch and the sweet flavor of pure bananas.
What has been the best part of your startup experience?
